Can I terminate the lease without my spouse's consent?

For the shared marital home, the answer is clearly no. Even if you are the sole tenant, you may not terminate without your spouse's consent. The law also protects a spouse who is not a party to the lease. If you want to terminate but your spouse does not, and no agreement is reached, you must apply to the court at your residence for protective measures within marriage; it will decide the home's future.

In short: No. This is not possible even if you are the sole party to the lease.
