We look forward to meeting you.
Arrange an initial consultationAI says you’re right. But will your case stand up?
A convincing answer is not the same as a sound legal position. Relying on AI to agree with you can leave you facing a real dispute with a false sense of security. Researchers call this tendency “sycophancy”: your assumptions may be reinforced rather than challenged. Counterarguments, evidential weaknesses and litigation risks do not disappear — you may simply notice them only when mistakes become costly. Such systems can be useful tools. But agreement is not a strategy. We also show you where your case is vulnerable. Because effective legal advice starts with an honest assessment — not what you want to hear.
These limitations become particularly apparent where practical experience matters: how do proceedings actually work? How do authorities deal with comparable cases? Which documents are decisive, which arguments are persuasive, and which approach offers the best prospects in the circumstances? When do personal contacts matter?
These questions cannot be answered through statutory provisions or automated responses alone. They require sound legal judgement, practical experience and an understanding of how authorities and courts apply the law in everyday practice.
Every case is different. That is why we focus on understanding your individual concerns, providing a nuanced legal assessment and offering clear recommendations. We consider not only the legal position but also your objectives and the potential consequences of different courses of action. This enables solutions that go beyond standard answers and address the actual requirements of your case.
Flexible advice. Clear costs.
We advise you at our offices or remotely — subject to availability, also outside office hours. We discuss the work involved and costs openly from the outset.
