During a contract review, a lawyer examines your contract thoroughly and prepares a report. We assess whether it reflects your stated intentions, whether it is legally enforceable and whether it contains gaps. The report identifies ‘red flags’ that should be amended immediately and ‘yellow flags’ where we recommend adjustments to improve the agreement.
