General advice on the consequences of divorce

We explain the principal legal consequences of divorce: maintenance, employment, childcare and the division of matrimonial assets. You receive a clear explanation of the relevant criteria and an opportunity to ask questions — even if no specific divorce is planned. On request, we also advise on your individual situation, including a possible maintenance calculation.
Marital agreement without divorce consequences

We advise on matrimonial property options and draft a marital agreement tailored to your circumstances. We assess the choice or modification of the property regime and the documentation and legally permissible allocation of assets. Provisions on divorce consequences are not included in this service.

Marital agreement including divorce consequences

We supplement matrimonial property arrangements with provisions for a possible divorce. We discuss, in particular, the division of assets and any maintenance arrangements. We explain statutory limits and any required court approval so that you can assess the implications and binding nature of the agreements.

Separation agreement

Advance planning package

We prepare a medical advance directive and an advance care directive tailored to your personal wishes. During the introductory consultation, we clarify medical decisions, areas of responsibility and the individuals you wish to entrust with those responsibilities. An information dossier supports implementation. On request, our notary can publicly notarise the advance care directive.

Advance care directive

An advance care directive determines who should take responsibility for your personal, financial and legal affairs if you later lose capacity of judgement. We define the duties, discuss suitable individuals and draft your instructions. Public notarisation and storage by our firm are available on request.

Preparing an inheritance agreement
