Fixed fees for inheritance and advance planning
Fixed fees for inheritance and advance planning
Will drafting
from CHF 700
A self-written will can contain various pitfalls. For example, it may be legally unenforceable or worded in a way that does not reflect your true wishes. Having a qualified lawyer draft the will can help avoid this risk.
The package includes:
A telephone consultation at the start of the engagement
Drafting a will according to your wishes
Preparing a medical advance directive
CHF 150
A medical advance directive records precisely which medical treatments you want if you lose capacity of judgement and which you do not want. For example, you determine whether life-prolonging measures may be used and, if so, to what extent. We prepare the directive according to your individual wishes to give you peace of mind.
The package includes:
A telephone consultation at the start of the engagement
Preparing a tailored medical advance directive
Advance planning package
CHF 650
Our advance planning package includes a medical advance directive and an advance care directive tailored to your wishes. You also receive a dossier with the necessary information on this subject. We first arrange a telephone consultation to discuss your specific wishes and answer your questions, then prepare the directives.
The package includes:
A telephone consultation at the start of the engagement
Preparing a tailored medical advance directive
Preparing a bespoke advance care directive
Will review
from CHF 350
If you have written your own will and want to ensure that it is legally enforceable and that courts will interpret its wording in accordance with your true wishes, we will be pleased to review it. Fees start at CHF 350 and increase for particularly long or complex wills; we always tell you the fixed price in advance.
The package includes:
Telephone consultation at the start of the engagement
Review of the will’s legal enforceability
Review of whether the will reflects your wishes
Preparing an advance care directive
from CHF 350
An advance care directive protects you in the event of a loss of capacity of judgement by appointing representatives for personal, financial and legal matters. You may appoint one person for all areas or a different person for each area. You can also specify instructions for how representation is to be carried out. Without such a directive, you risk having your representative appointed by the child and adult protection authority (KESB), with decisions not reflecting your wishes because these have not been expressed.
The package includes:
A telephone consultation at the start of the engagement
Preparing a tailored advance care directive
Public notarisation of the advance care directive on request
Storage of the advance care directive on request
Preparing an inheritance agreement
from CHF 1’000
Unlike a will, an inheritance agreement allows two or more parties to make binding arrangements. This protects the parties against unilateral changes to the agreement without the other party’s consent. Inheritance agreements are often made with spouses or children. We draft a tailored inheritance agreement for you and your relatives.
The package includes:
A telephone consultation at the start of the engagement
Drafting a tailored inheritance agreement, which then only requires public notarisation by a notary
