No. Even if only one spouse signed the lease, both spouses generally have the right to live in the family home. If you cannot agree who stays after separation, you must apply to the court. In proceedings for protective measures within marriage, it will decide who may remain until divorce. If you have children, the court will in most cases allow the caregiving spouse to stay so the children are not removed from their familiar environment.
